If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive it. Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation rights.

For change-of-mind returns, supplements must be unused and unopened, with their original safety seals intact. We cannot accept opened or unsealed supplements where they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

We’ll refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge, but not any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you. The unopened-seal condition does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
