Editorial Policy

Our Nutrition Hub helps readers understand nutrients, supplement ingredients, product labels and everyday nutrition choices. iLoveVits publishes these guides and sells food supplements, including products mentioned in some articles.

Our commercial role

References to iLoveVits products are commercial product examples. They are not independent product reviews or evidence that a finished formula has been clinically tested. We explain relevant ingredients, formats and label amounts without treating a purchase as a substitute for medical assessment.

Sources and evidence

Guides link to sources such as NHS guidance, recognised professional organisations and published research. A source should support the particular statement being discussed. Human studies, laboratory findings, traditional use and normal nutrient functions answer different questions and should not be presented as interchangeable evidence.

Research on an ingredient, strain or named preparation does not automatically establish the same result for another preparation or an iLoveVits combination. Study amounts and measurement schedules are not personalised serving instructions or promises of results.

Product labels and worked examples

Label examples identify the serving basis, units and ingredients being compared. Images of published packaging and arithmetic explain declared composition; they are not independent laboratory tests. A total blend or scoop weight should not be substituted for the amount of one ingredient.

Packaging and formulations can change. Read the packaging supplied with your order. If a panel, website description or serving instruction appears inconsistent, contact us for clarification before relying on it. A reference-intake percentage is not an individual requirement.

Clinical review and professional advice

We do not describe a guide as independently clinically reviewed unless a real reviewer, their relevant role and the scope of that review are identified. A list of references is not a clinical sign-off. Our guides provide general educational information and cannot diagnose symptoms, select prescription treatment or replace advice from your doctor, pharmacist or dietitian.

Follow the urgent-care guidance in the relevant article where symptoms need prompt help. Do not postpone medical assessment while trying a supplement.

How writing tools are used

Some Nutrition Hub guides use AI-assisted drafting and organisation. AI-generated text is not a scientific source or a professional qualification. Linked evidence and product specifications remain the basis for checking factual statements, and independent clinical review is a separate process.

Corrections and updates

We welcome corrections relating to evidence, ingredient information, links or unclear wording. Send the page address, the statement in question and any relevant source through our Support page. Articles should be amended when their information needs changing; an update is not a guarantee of search rankings or health outcomes.
